Designs featuring an extensive variety of custom elements using all premium materials on a larger scale.

- Patios/hard surfaces: High end manufactured stone patios and driveways in premium colour ways and larger areas of natural stone or porcelain (Approx. 500-1000+sq’), wet lays
- Swim Features: May include hot tub, swim spa, or swimming pool (installed by others)
- Privacy Screens: Detailed cedar, ipe or composite, corten privacy screens, detailed fences using cedar and ripped board design
- Pergolas: customized wooden pergolas or customized aluminum pergolas with automated controls, automated shade canopy
- Built structures: custom sheds and cabanas
- More extensive artificial turf (size range?)
